Overview / Background
For the past 12 years, I served as a Digital Creative Director at NBCUniversal in NYC. I am a conceptually driven creative leader with a proven track record of unifying stakeholder goals through collaborative, people-first direction. I enjoy rallying diverse teams toward a singular vision while maintaining the efficiency required to successfully produce a project on-time and on budget. Having steered high-impact initiatives for major brands like NBCUniversal, Pepsi, and the U.S. Air Force, I bridge the gap between executive strategy and meaningful, results-oriented design.

To be a great leader is to understand that impact and effectiveness is more than just "oversight and critiquing". It requires ACTIVE participation. I bring a "multi-skill fluency" to every project, blending senior-level creative direction with over 14 years of hands-on technical expertise in design, as well as in HTML/CSS coding. I can lead by showing, not just by "discussing theory". I am equally comfortable presenting to stakeholders, coding, art directing and or designing. Additionally, I understand the language and context needed to partner with developers and executives alike. This ability to contribute in real-time ensures that production remains agile and that every design solution is as technically sound as it is visually compelling.
